Other Informations: The sick needs a doctor, a students needs help and improvement needs guidance. Teaching is the side, developing a child mentality to proper learning is the key. Marks do not determine their future, character did. I don't just teach the subject, I try my best to shape thier behavior and mindset too. Once their wellbeing transform, thier improvement will follow. Einstein failed school but is a genuis, so we can't judge a child without understanding thier position. I treat kids with patient and fun, but when it comes to homework to complete and spelling to learn new words I need them to be seriouse. I'm not so mark oriented but try to find the strength and weakness of the child to develop. Learning is a process, as it takes time to change. Connection with the child and their interest to learn is my motivation. .
