ERICAN LANGUAGE CENTRE (2002-2006): ALOR STAR,KEDAH I was a part time English lecturer during this period. I have taught all levels from Beginner to Advanced levels. I am familiar with Cambridge English, IELTS and ESOL examinations. During this time I was recognised as a dedicated, hardworking and resourceful person. I showed the higest degree of excellance and performance.I received letters of commendations for my outstanding performance. I was also very loyal to the company. I received a personal letter of thanks and appreciation from Dato’Eric Chong who was then the managing Director of the Erican Education Group. PUSAT BAHASA TITIAN JAYA (2005 -2010) : ALOR STAR,KEDAH I was also a part time English lecturer in this centre during this period. I taught the CES syallabus. I have experience with teaching children and adult classes. I had several promotions and salary increments due to my excellent service. In 2006 I received a letter of appreciation from the Regeional Director. In 2007 I was promoted to the position of senior lecturer in recognition for my dedication, commitment and contribution to the company. SIN MIN SECONDARY SCHOOL (PRIVATE) : ALOR STAR, KEDAH 2006-2011 I began teaching in 2006. Joined as a science teacher for forms 1 to 3. Within 3 months I was promoted to Science supervisor and headed the Science department. During this period I revamnped the science laboratory and made many changes in the department That year the science departmentr got its approval and accredition from a team of officials from the State Education Department.I also got their praise during the debriefing of the inspection team with the school board During my term the PMR results in science improved well.My students found me to be strict but effective. I have earned the respect of the school management for my excellent work ethics,hardworking nature ,deligence and reliability. SIN MIN ENGLISH LANGUAGE CENTRE 2007-2011 I was futher given a monumental task of setting up the Sin Min English Language Centre. I did the planning and designing and got the center ready in 3 months. After that I was given the task of coming out with a teaching program. I planned ,developed and implemented the teaching syallabus. I prepared 3 levels of the programe . They were the beginner , intermediate and advanced levels. I also recruted teachers and trained them I was then given a second appointment as Head of the Language Centre. CIDB ENGLISH CONVERSATION CLASSES (2007) I planned and developed English Conversation for The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) in Alor Star . My students were from clerical and management levels from this organisation. I developed my own materials to teach conversation as some of their clients were English speaking. .
