I am a Degree holder graduated from Pennsylvania State University in the year of 2013, and has had various tutoring experience since I was in my college years. Certainly, I comprehend that every tutee has his or her own learning styles, and that I must cater to the need of my tutee by assessing his/her learning behaviors, and constantly review my tutoring approach to suit the tutee's needs. Nevertheless, my principle as a tutor is somewhat different. I believe that a tutor's job is not the same as a teacher; that is, a tutor should not teach, but actually guide the student and explore his/her innate learning capabilities to do better in academics.
