Other Informations: I was a former secondary school teacher who taught in a high-need school where students were typically performing poorly due to their socio-economic background and lack of motivation. In that school I was able to annually increase student achievement in academics by an average of 30%. I have since last year left teaching to work at Teach For Malaysia- an education services foundation. I would love to continue teaching by being a part-time tutor and will teach with the same level of enthusiasm and dedication as I had in my former school. I believe in student-centred learning and have successfully done so in my four years of teaching.
